MANGA MIRAI, the digital manga platform launched in March 2025 by NTT DOCOMO, has officially added VIZ Media’s titles to its growing catalog as of June 24. The platform now offers approximately 4,000 volumes from one of North America’s leading manga publishers, including major series like One Piece, NARUTO, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, Jujutsu Kaisen, Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End, Call of the Night, Uzumaki, and Komi Can’t Communicate. The last two will be available starting July 1.
To celebrate, MANGA MIRAI will launch an “Adapted to Anime” campaign from July 1 to 31, offering 50% off selected VIZ Media titles that have anime adaptations. Featured series include My Hero Academia: Vigilantes, WITCH WATCH, Me & Roboco, Sakamoto Days, Kaiju No. 8, Dandadan, Call of the Night, and Dr. STONE.
MANGA MIRAI will also make its debut at Anime Expo 2025 from July 3 to 6 at the Los Angeles Convention Center. The special booth, located in the West Hall Lobby (WF6), will offer hands-on experiences and exclusive activities.
At the booth, visitors can explore a Manga Corner with free printed manga, try out MANGA MIRAI’s features using iPads, take themed photos at a manga-inspired photo area, and join the MANGA MIRAI gacha machine for exclusive prizes. Special merchandise will also be available for those who purchase manga through the platform.
