The second season of the TV anime Ranma 1/2, created by Rumiko Takahashi, is set to premiere on Netflix this October. The first promotional video has been released, along with new cast announcements.

Netflix describes the story as follows:
Ranma Saotome and Akane Tendo’s parents have arranged for them to get married. However, there’s a problem: whenever Ranma is splashed with cold water, he turns into a girl! The stage is set for a slapstick martial arts rom-com filled with quirky characters!
