BanG Dream! Announces New Mini-Anime Ganso! Bandori-chan for October 2025

52 new episodes stream this October

A new BanG Dream! mini-anime titled Ganso! Bandori-chan has officially been announced, with streaming set to begin in October 2025. The 52-episode series will be co-directed by Kenshiro Morii (general director of BanG Dream! Girls Band Party! Pico) and Seiya Miyajima (also the series’ character designer).

The announcement was made during Poppin’Party’s 10th Anniversary LIVE “Hoshi no Kodou” concert at Nippon Budokan on May 26, which was completely sold out. The teaser visual features all five members of Poppin’Party.

Poppin’Party, the flagship band of the BanG Dream! franchise, debuted in 2015 and is both a fictional group and a real band composed of the voice actresses. The seiyuu not only voice their characters but also perform live with their instruments on stage. With 17 singles released, including their 2021 chart-topping hit Photograph, Poppin’Party continues to be a core presence in the BanG Dream! universe.
