The Los Angeles Lakers are teaming up with ONE PIECE for a special game night on February 28, 2025. Fans attending the event will receive exclusive ONE PIECE-themed merchandise, including a limited-edition T-shirt and poster. This exciting crossover was first teased in December 2024.

The event will feature a variety of One Piece-themed experiences, including an exclusive animation sequence of Luffy playing basketball and a “One Piece Bounty Rush” photo booth in the arena’s main concourse. Additionally, select fans will have the chance to participate in a special on-court One Piece game to compete for prizes.
As announced at Jump Festa 2025 last December, ONE PIECE will return in April 6 with the highly anticipated Egghead arc, bringing fresh weekly episodes after a six-month production break. Toei Animation Inc. distributes the series in its original Japanese with English, Spanish, and Portuguese subtitles, as well as dubbed versions in these languages for audiences in North America, Latin America, South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand.
