Mamoru Miyano has been confirmed to play Hikaru Kamiki, while Hina Kino will portray Tsukuyomi.

A comment from Mamoru Miyano:

I never thought that I would be able to appear in 【OSHI NO KO】, so this is a great honor. I hope to cherish the worldview of this series that so many people are looking forward to, while facing my role of the mysterious and enigmatic “Hikaru Kamiki”.

A comment from Hina Kino:

Thank you for watching the last episode! I’m Hina Kino, and I voice Tsukuyomi. Even though I voiced her, it was quite difficult as there were many things I didn’t know about her, but I paid attention to the gap between her childlike appearance and the words she uses when voicing her. 【OSHI NO KO】, a series where various elements overlap and blend together to create an increasingly fascinating story. Please look forward to what developments the future holds!

STAFF (Season 2):

【OSHI NO KO】launched in April 2020 and is published by Shueisha in its seinen manga magazine Weekly Young Jump. The series currently encompasses 13 volumes with more than 15 million copies in print. The English language edition is published by Yen Press.

Based on the award-winning seinen manga written by Aka Akasaka and illustrated by Mengo Yokoyari, 【OSHI NO KO】 generated tremendous fan interest following its premiere and quickly became the #1 series launch in HIDIVE’s history.

HIDIVE describes the anime as follows:

When a pregnant young starlet appears in Gorou Amemiya’s countryside medical clinic, the doctor takes it upon himself to safely (and secretly) deliver Ai Hoshino’s child so she can make a scandal-free return to the stage. But no good deed goes unpunished, and on the eve of her delivery, he finds himself slain at the hands of Ai’s deluded stalker — and subsequently reborn as Ai’s child, Aquamarine Hoshino! The glitz and glamor of showbiz hide the dark underbelly of the entertainment industry, threatening to dull the shine of his favorite star. Can he help his new mother rise to the top of the charts? And what will he do when an unthinkable disaster strikes?
