The official website for the upcoming original TV anime adaptation of JELEE‘s manga Jellyfish Can’t Swim in the Night has posted the first trailer! The anime is scheduled to premiere in April 2024!

Doga Kobo, the studio behind such hits as Monthly Girls’ Nozaki-kun, NEW GAME and OSHI NO KO, is trying its hand at an original dramatic anime. The visuals unveiled at last month’s announcement and the new trailer already augur well for success.

Original story by JELEE and character drafts by popman3580, Jellyfish Can’t Swim in the Night is directed by Ryohei Takeshita (Eromanga Sensei) at studio Doga Kobo, with scripts by Yuki Yaku (Bottom-Tier Character Tomozaki author) and character designs by Junichiro Taniguchi (SING “YESTERDAY” FOR ME).
