The five additional cast members for “Haigakura” anime based on the original story by Shinobu Takayama has been announced. The anime is set to begin in October 2024.
The new cast members include:

The anime adaptation draws its inspiration from Shinobu Takayama’s manga series, initially serialized in Ichijinsha’s Comic Zero Sum WARD magazine from January 16, 2008, to May 16, 2015. Later, it continued its serialization on Zero-Sum Online starting September 18, 2015. By August 2023, the manga comprised sixteen tankoubon volumes.
In the Immortal Realm, where both Immortals and humans reside, the story centers on Ichiyou, a poet seeking the malevolent god, who threatens the realm’s collapse. Alongside Ichiyou is a middle-level god with forgotten memories, engaging in a battle against formidable odds.
